Ok so you have all your ducks in a row. You know what you want your website to offer but now you need that personal "feel" to your site! What I mean by "feel" is web templates and/or layouts.
Web templates are basically the background to your website that offers more to your site than just a plain white background. It gives your customers a "feel" of what you are bringing them when they visit your site. Plain backgrounds will do you justice however you will have to spruce up your pages full of contents to justify the "feel" you offer your viewers.
